Designer Mirja Rönkkä started to work at Muotohiomo in August.
A new internship student
Aurélie Akono-Toivonen started her five-weeks internship at Muotohiomo. Aurélie graduated from the University of Buea in Kamerun and she is now finishing her studies at Haaga-Helia Ammattikorkeakoulu.
Vasja Urh started at Muotohiomo
Product designer Vasja Urh started to work at Muotohiomo. Vasja graduated as Industrial designer in Ljubljana, Slovenia and is currently finishing his MA degree studies at TAIK.

Sami's lamp at TREND FORUM Frankfurt 2008
Sami Laine’s light PAISTE has been chosen for the TREND FORUM, an exhibition of living trends within the Light Building show in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 6-11 April 2008. It is being displayed in the room Boldly Modern which symbolises a humorous, unconventional living style, coupled with futuristic echoes, varying patterns and surfaces. PAISTE will also be shown at ICFF International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York from May 17th to May 20th in 2008. PAISTE is manufactured by Luján+Sicilia.
