Arabia Flora&Fauna

Muotohiomo created a new colletable item for Arabia in 1999 called Flora & Fauna (2000–2011), a series of modern collector art plates that break the barrier between art and design.

The yearly plate idea was further developed and became a pair of plates, with art work related to Finnish fairy tales. Artist Eeva Sivula creates the annual art work; Muotohiomo is in charge of concept, product design and communications.
